Associate - Commercial & TMT

• Join a dynamic practice at the crossroads of commercial law and European digital regulation (GDPR, AI Act, Data Act, NIS2, DORA).
• Work directly with a recognized partner advising national and international clients on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate across borders with colleagues in the Benelux and global network on high-profile, strategic projects.

• Advise clients on a wide range of commercial contracts and advisory matters.
• Support on privacy, data protection, and digital law mandates, including litigation before authorities and courts.
• Work closely with partners and colleagues on cross-border projects involving both Belgian and EU law.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and keep clients informed on key legal and regulatory developments.

• 2 to 6 years of experience in commercial or contract law, ideally under Belgian law.
• Exposure to GDPR or digital regulation and strong motivation to deepen expertise in this field.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (both is a strong asset).
• Commercially aware, solution-oriented, and able to work effectively in cross-border teams.
